The Warehousing division is responsible for the short and long term storage of packaged wine and distribution solutions for full pallets of finished goods for both domestic and export markets.

Portavin has insulated and temperature controlled storage facilities for packaged wine in three states across Australia with warehouses in Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne.

Portavin Perth has a current capacity of 5,000 pallets of insulated or temperature controlled storage and a further 2,500 pallet spaces available for glass and bottling drygoods. It is the Western Australian depot for Amcor Glass with 2,000 pallets of glass readily available for dispatch to producers.

We choose not to charge Handling IN fees for wines bottled by Portavin and should wines be bottled and stored on site at Portavin Perth, clients also effectively save the cost of at least one freight movement. Drygoods can also be stored providing convenience and cost savings for bottling clients.
