Wine Bottling & Packaging

Portavin offers fully integrated static wine bottling and wine packaging facilities. Our bottling capabilities vary from state to state with all states offering the following:

Capabilities:

Bottle inversion and rinsing
CO2 injection to bottle prior to filling
Low vacuum filling
CO2 injection and vacuum at corking
Cork or screw closure application
Capping with PVC, tin, aluminium or polylaminate caps
Self adhesive labelling (3 heads)
Case packing using glue or tape
Bottle coding
Batch coding (Carton/pallet)
