| Portavin offers fully integrated static wine bottling and wine packaging facilities. Our bottling capabilities vary from state to state with all states offering the following:
Capabilities:
- Bottle inversion and rinsing
- CO2 injection to bottle prior to filling
- Low vacuum filling
- CO2 injection and vacuum at corking
- Cork or screw closure application
- Capping with PVC, tin, aluminium or polylaminate caps
- Self adhesive labelling (3 heads)
- Case packing using glue or tape
- Bottle coding
- Batch coding (Carton/pallet)
